    Hello,

    I downloaded the Enfold product last week, and had no issues. I decided to purchase it again for another site, and it said my link was expired. Since this is time sensitive, I downloaded another link, and figured I would request a refund later. When that link also didn’t work, my husband created an account, hoping it was just an issue with my profile or shopping cart, and he purchased and downloaded the file. It was also expired. So, now we had three expired links. We requested and received refund on two (third is pending). We then used the credit to get another download. That, too, has expired.
    I really like this product, and have spent hours learning all of its functionality, so I really don’t want to start with scratch. I would like to get a product that works, and then request a refund for the licenses that did not work.

    I am not really sure why you are experience such issue but really sorry about that. Have you informed ThemeForest/Envato team about the issue?

    Since this is time sensitive, if you decide not to get a refund for the license, we can install the theme for you :)

    Please do inform ThemeForest/Envato team about the issue.

    Hi Yigi,

    Thank you. Yes, I have informed Envato, they gave me refunds and this is me attempting to purchase it again. I would really like to use this theme. I had no issues with it on my other website…it’s just that the license keeps coming up as expired. I called GoDaddy, as they host the site, and they said it just happens sometimes.

    What info is needed from me to resolve this?

    Hi,

    Due to our agreement with Envato/ThemeForest, we are not allowed to sell themes directly. Enfold is exclusively sold on https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?ref=Kriesi

    Could you please post a screenshot of the error so we can try to figure it out the reason? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

    We are going to need FTP and WP admin logins :)
