    Hello:

    Problem 1. I’ve tried to explain a few times in the past few weeks that there is a bug in your Enfold theme. When I try to switch from Block to Classic editor, errors occur, images don’t load, pages are distorted. This has happened with a few websites recently and continues to get worse. I’ve updated the themes on a few of the older sites, however this is happening with new Enfold downloads too.

    I believe the fix is on your end.

    Problem 2. When there is a WordPress update there is almost always a fatal error on at least 3-5 out of 25 Enfold client websites. This is not new – it just continues to get worse and causing more fatal errors on more Enfold websites – to the point I don’t dare update WordPress any longer as I don’t have the time to go in and correct all of the fatal errors. Hoping you can help resolve this.

    I’ve provided you with credentials.

    5.5.1

    The latest version which is why it crashed. When using Enfold theme lately and there is a new WordPress update – we have fatal errors almost always related to Gutenburg.

    Has anyone checked this out on your end?

    Hi dlambers,

    Thanks for the update and sorry for the problem. So this problems happens when you try to install the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.3)? If so then are we allowed to try it out for debugging purposes? If we can then please verify that you have backups of the site, and share FTP login details with us in private.
