    I have wordpress 4.6 and enfold theme 3.7.1
    Also, the advanced layout doesn’t work for me anymore.

    THINGS IVE TRIED
    I tried using different browsers: IE, IE Edge, Chrome, and safari
    + Deleted all the cache info from each site
    Updated plug ins
    Disabled plug ins
    Deleted enfold theme files and reinstalled the enfold them. (this only worked temporarily. I would be able to make a few edits but then the issue would come back again)

    I was able to make edits with no issues two days ago.
    Now this is happening. Can someone please help.

    How come I see other people with the same issue that posted after me and they have a several replies.
    Still haven’t received one reply.

    Hi!

    Sorry for the late reply!

    Current active theme is not Enfold. Do you mind if we temporarily switch it to Enfold for testing purposes?
    Also, if you do not mind, please post FTP credentials here privately as well, we may need to overwrite theme files.
