    Hi,

    I’m having troubles with uploading the Enfold theme in a wordpress website. It is the zipfile which I got after ordering. Why does is not upload?

    The big zipfile is called: themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme. Then there is another zipfile in this one, called
    enfold_all_files_441. I read I have to use the zipfile within this file, called Enfold.zip.

    I tried all 3 of them but none of the 3 work. I do not get an error or something, it’s just that nothing happens after uploading. What can I do to make it work?

    Hey Anouk,

    Which version of php are you running?

    Please make sure you have the PhpZip extension enabled on your server.

    I don’t even know what php is? How can I find out if I have the PhpZip extension enabled on my server?

    Hi,

    I uploaded the enfold.zip file for you. You can now go to the option page (see link in private settings)  and configure the theme options. You can also import the demo data (“Demo import” tab).
