enfold theme does not update

hello!
i have the following question, which bothers me, could you please help me with it (i am not handy with these things).
I went to the back end of my website. there i clicked on Enfold – Theme Update section. it said that the legacy api does not work and that i need to insert an Envato private token. i have generated a private token and inserted it. then clicked “revalidate or remove the token”.

the following responce shows up

Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:
Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:
Purchases: Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
– response_code: 403
– reason: scope-missing
username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
– code: not_authenticated
email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
– code: not_authenticated
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates.

could you please help me? maybe i have to register somewhere my private token first? it is not very clear and i am very unhandy with these things.
