    Hi, I needed to do an update with the Enfold theme so I did. But then it went wrong, wordpress said it needed to be recovered. So I uninstalled the theme to install it again. But it keeps loading the theme without being activated. After a couple of minutes I get the message “something went wrong'”. So can you please help me with installing the theme please? My website is offline now… another theme is used automatically.

    In wordpress I get this message also: A critical error has occurred on this site. Check your site administrator email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting in WordPress.

    Sorry, I don’t know what you mean with FTP logins privately?

    Hey,

    FTP logins are the logins needed to connect to your server using FTP client. In order to manually import the demos, we would need to upload demo files to your server and for that we need FTP logins.

    If you do not know your FTP logins, please contact your hosting provider and they can help :)

    The problem is solved, my provider did something and I could activate the them again. Thanks anyway!

    My provider said this: it is important that you know what was going wrong because it is a fault in the theme. I will translate what he said: the cause was the use of 2x %s instead of %1$s and %2$s on line 311 in /enfold/includes/admin/option_tabs/avia_blog.php.

    So this is something that must be looked at in the theme in order to prevent also other people to have this issue.
