    Can you check please. I have a PC and I can’t check. On firefox it is good.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshots. I’m on an earlier version of Safari on OSX and I’m not seeing the problem there. What happens if you try to load the page in a private window?

    Hey,

    I just checked your website on Safari 13.1 and it shows up fine on my end. Attached a screenshot in private content field below. One of our devs has also confirmed that your site looks fine on her end.

    If your friend is using Safari extensions, please ask them to temporarily disable them and check if that helps.

    My friend use safari V13.1 (13609.1.20.111.8) and you V13.1 (15609.1.20.111.8). Can you test this version ?

    Hi,

    Perhaps your friend is using a 13 inch Macbook? I am using 15 inch. That is the only difference :)

    As we have suggested earlier, they can try to disable Safari extensions and check if that helps :)

    Hi,

    We make our theme compatible with major browsers however unfortunately we cannot make the theme compatible with browser add-ons as there are thousands of them.
    Since your site works correctly on Safari on our end, we believe this is certainly an add-on related issue. Maybe you could ask your friend to whitelist your website in adblock extension? :)
