    Hi there,

    I am experiencing a crazy issue which makes absolutely no sense.

    When I edit a page and go to make some changes, either one or two of the elements or columns that are these decide to delete and I need to roll back a revision. Its totally bizzare and stopping me from building a website.

    I have read the forum and done every single troubleshoot known to man and WordPress so I dont understand.

    Could someone take a look? All running latest updates etc. I have noticed a caching database not seen before but not sure if related or not or where that would come from.

    Hey nzoasisfan,

    Please check if there are any unclosed html tags. This is the most common reason for the issue.

    Ok, thank you and how does one do that and then amend any issues?

    Also how would that have happened?

    Hi,

    It happens if you add markup to your content and you don’t close the tags properly:

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

    On which page is this happening? If you check your content just before things start disappearing you should find the content which is causing the problem.
