    Hi.

After the latest Enfold update all pages on our site that are using a custom post type have now moved elements out of line.

Basically we are using custom post types and have added them using the enfold instructions to have the Advanced Layout Editor active when using them too.

But after the update certain elements look all need manually editing again and adding padding which will be a massive task.

I have converted a custom post type page we have to a “normal page” to compare the layout and styling and its as should be on a normal page, but the elements are out of place on the same page that is built with Advanced Layout Editor but on a custom post type.

It seems after update that there is some problem with custom post types and the way it uses the Advanced Layout Editor, although it works its not lining elements up.

It would take days to tweak each element back into line.

    Looking at it further:

My pages are showing:”Advanced Layout Builder” next to each page title in the menu – the styling as said on all these pages is spot on.

But on my custom post types it says ” Classic Editor, Advanced Layout Builder” next to each post title and it is all these hat the styling is slightly out.

    Please advise.

    Many thanks

    Hey mmsdev,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

We don’t really see any layout issue on that page. Would you mind providing a screenshot? You can upload it to imgur or dropbox. And please update the theme to version 4.5.5. This patch contains a fix for shortcodes.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

I ended up going back to version 4.5.4 and everything works, 4.5.5 is buggy to at the least.
