    Hello,

    I am using the enfold theme. I have used the theme inbuilt contact form element on my website’s contact us page.
    I enabled the captcha also.

    But still all the queries submitted via contact form are being received in my spam folder.
    I have the email id with my domain only.
    Please help asap.

    Hi.

    We are using office 365 which uses imap not STMP. What could i use to make the emails stop going to junk folder?

    Hi Sarah,

    Sorry for the late reply. The theme doesn’t control how your email client should treat different emails. Please try checking the settings in your email client, to see if you can white list the ones coming from the form on your site.
