    After a new blog post, since deleted, the Home slider disappeared as well as much of the content.
    Also, a [/av-textblock] code appeared at the bottom of the page.
    This problem is affecting the Home, Rates, and Reservations pages.
    The Boat, Gallery, and Blog pages appear to be unaffected.

    We made The Boat page into the Home page, but this is just a workaround. We also updated the theme this morning.

    We are using WordPress version 4.6.1 and Enfold version 3.8.

    Hey soundman1955,

    The slider is showing fine on my end though I do see the shortcode you are referring to, could you try to delete the text block in question and recreate it please?

    The slider is NOT showing fine on the HOME page. We only made The Boat page the main page after this problem began!
    The Reservations page is only showing one option, NOT the three that are available.
    The Rates page is NOT showing the images that are loaded up, etc.

    If you were to log in (and you do have the login credentials), you would see what is happening from the backend.
    My client spent $60 on this theme in August. Now it is NOT working. We expect better support and troubleshooting.

    Please look at the backend of the site and the plugins that came automatically with the theme. Is there a conflict causing this problem? If so, can you fix it?

    Additionally, the size of the featured image in the blog changed. It is the same width, but the amount of height allowed has been reduced in the latest posts.

    When I open the home page from the dashboard I see the page complete as I built it. However I am unable to upload what I see by hitting the update button, doing so shows no effect on the Home page. Oddly I am able to update other pages on the site.

    We truly appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hi,

    I checked the Rates and Reservations pages in the backend but I can’t see any issue. Could you please provide a screenshot on imgur or dropbox? And since the slider in the home page has been removed, we won’t be able to inspect it. Please create a test page so that we can see the issue.

    Thank you for your help, the problem has been fixed, and was related to an update needed by the NextGen Gallery plugin.
