Tagged: enfold, permissions
Hello,
I want to use the Enfold plugin with the Publishpress Permission plugin. This combination works fine with the standard WP theme Tweny Twnety theme.
But when I change the theme to the Enfold theme, I get an critical error when I want to edit a page or message.
I contacted the developers of this plugin and the surveyed my site and found the following:
I installed a plugin called “Fatal Error Notify” to catch the error.
This seems to be an issue with Enfold’s permissions in this file: /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-gutenberg/class-avia-gutenberg.php: 563
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function gutenberg_can_edit_post_type() in /home/u44604p54159/domains/fmforall.nl/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-gutenberg/class-avia-gutenberg.php:563 Stack trace: #0 /home/u44604p54159/domains/fmforall.nl/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-gutenberg/class-avia-gutenberg.php(423): Avia_Gutenberg->can_use_block_editor(‘post’, true) #1 /home/u44604p54159/domains/fmforall.nl/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-gutenberg/class-avia-gutenberg.php(458)
Greetings, Steve
So, is should be a problem in the “Gutenberg” thing. Can you help me out to solve this problem?
Thanks Henri
