    Good Afternoon!

    I am hoping that you can help me with what seems to be a bug of sorts. I have your Enfold theme and for some reason the Advanced editor is not loading. Here is the trouble shooting I have already completed:
    • Made sure that the theme was up to date
    • Made sure the other theme template that is there is only Twenty Nineteen and that it was up to date
    • Ran a backup & checked all plugins
    • Checked with Flywheel Hosting to see if maybe it had to do with space on their side – NO issues found
    • They checked all plugins – NO issues found
    • Cleared browser cache
    • Cleared hosting / server cache

    The client is wanting to add content and I am at a loss and need your all mighty assistance :)

    Hey amanda-mdllc,

    Thanks for the login details, I’m getting the same results on my end. Did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?
