Hello
After making contact previously my manager has purchased a licence and sent me the Theme zip file (“themeforest-ctWL7D0f-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip”)which she downloaded. I have tried to update via the plugin but get a message saying “Important Note The Plugin is DEPRECATED PLEASE DEACTIVATE REMOVE THIS PLUGIN”? I have also tried to update it via the link (below) provided by yourselves.To install a theme from WordPress dashboard navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and click on the “Add New” option on the top.
I am not confident to do this via FTP the website is hosted by Siteground and I am unable to make a staging site.. Can you please advise how I update the theme now we have purchased the licence.

Please try extracting the zip file: themeforest-ctWL7D0f-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip
I believe that you will find that this is the full theme AND documentation file and you need to find the directory /enfold/ inside
if it is already a zip file upload this to the Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and click on the “Add New” option on the top
if it is not a zip file just a plain directory then first zip it and then upload it.
Or ask your manager to download the Installable WordPress file only version from Theme Forest, your manager should see two download options.Best regards,
