Hi,
In a very fresh install when I try to import the church demo – it says please refresh – process not completed.
When I refresh and try, it says media already exist can’t do it.
I would really like this to be resolved real soon – have tried fresh installation, different domain everything
Looking forward to hear.

May 11, 2016 at 1:04 pm #630659So Steve,
What is the solution – with all other threads all the support guys have done has asked for access and they have sorted it out.
How would I get to understand what was done?
Looking forward to a quick response.
May 12, 2016 at 6:21 am #631149Hi,
Thank you for using Enfold and sorry for the delay.
Please refrain from replying to your own thread because it pushes the thread back to the end of the queue, the moderators won’t be able to respond immediately.
Regarding the demo issue, please remove all content like pages, posts and media files then import the demo data manually. Go to the Tools > Import panel and install the WordPress Importer. You can find the xml files of the demo inside the theme’s includes > admin > demo_files folder.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 12, 2016 at 6:21 am #631150Hi,
Could you try deleting all posts/pages/media and try it again to see if it works then? If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Thanks,
RikardMay 12, 2016 at 4:53 pm #631462Hi,
Thank you for posting all of that.
But that everything did not resolve the issue – then I had to do it the other way
I installed an older version of WordPress and the demo was included without any problems, which brings me to the conclusion that there is a problem somewhere in the theme not being fully compatible to the latest WordPress.
Thanks,
May 12, 2016 at 5:14 pm #631473Hi,
Glad you found a work around, The church demo installs correctly on a number of the site’s our users are installing. This is one of a case where it is possible other site/server settings could possibly be
causing this issue. if you still face same issue in future please try to increase the php memory and try again, maybe this helps: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHPBest regards,
