Since Enfold is not currently active, we are unable to check which version you are using. If you are using a very newer than 4.5, please contact your friend and ask her to generate a Personal Token for you – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token.
Then, you can insert that Personal Token in Enfold theme options > Theme Update to receive theme updates.

If you are using a version older than 4.5, you would need to update the theme manually. In that case, please ask her to send you the latest version of the theme and update via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp :)

Hi,

Yes, you should be able to update the theme with that token. I just tested on my local installation and it worked for me.

If it is inserted in Enfold theme options > Theme Update but you still do not receive updates, please install Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/, insert your token into plugin settings, save and go to “Themes” tab in Envato Market plugin to update the theme :)

Hi,

I currently see fatal error on your site. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade PHP version to 8.0.x. That should fix that issue.

After that, please create temporary WP admin logins and post them here privately so we can try updating the theme for you.
