Sean
GuestHi,
My WP website was built (not by me) ~8 years ago with the Enfold Theme version 2.4.2. I have not managed my website and my original builder and all their companies went out of business a few years back. I did not think too much of it as my site continued to function.I have not used my site for business much, other than an online presence/business card for me (most of my work has been done face to face, word of mouth)…
A number of months ago… mid-late 2019 a friend told me my site was not longer visible – only shows a black page. I followed up today with Flywheel where my site has been managed and they helped me understand that I have an issue with the theme. I am not a web expert, rather a beginner, but I would like to get my site back and running. It seems I need an update on my Enfold Theme to make this happen. Right now my site has been set to a default theme.. . but it is a scramble of coding. I would like to know what I can do. Can I get an upgrade on the theme?
Thanks! SeanMay 27, 2020 at 7:28 am #1216825Hi Sean,
Thanks for contacting us!
The only way for you to get the latest copy is via themeforest where Enfold theme is sold.
You’ll need to login to the account used to purchase the theme and download it there.Best regards,

GuestThank you for the reply Nikko.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the original account used to purchase the theme because the web builder who did the work for me has gone out of business… and did not provide me that information…
Cheers

In this case, you’ll need to purchase the license again, with your ThemeForest account. This way you will have control over it and will have support for 6 months.
If you need further assistance please let us know.
Best regards,
