Hi! An agency developed a site with your theme enfold for an actual client and they didn’t give him the purchase code for have support and actualitions. What can he do?

Thank you for contacting us, unfortunately you will need to ask the agency for the purchase code, if you can not you could purchase your own version. Doing so will allow you to update to the latest version and give you 6 months of support, which you can extend up to a full year for just a little more.Best regards,
