    We are using the enfold theme on our website but we are having issues with some our pages loading – they seemed to have disappeared altogether. We purchased the theme through Envato and they have advised us that the problem is coming from the Enfold theme and that we should contact you instead.

    Many apologises, I’m aware that this should be done via the forums but I wasn’t able to register an account. We are not able to see the content on the back-end of the site either (WP-Admin) and we really do not want to lose the content.

    Any help with this query would be most appreciated.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold. Updating the theme to the latest version 4.5.2 should solve the issues you are having.

    Please login on ThemeForest with the account you used to purchase Enfold and update the theme via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install
