    Hello,
    I previously purchased the enfold theme about 2 years ago, it has been running on my website for all this time, but I’m having problems with it, and themeforest is not recognizing me as an existing customer, I have no purchase number and cannot get a function to work or ask a question as I’m not registered, despite BUYING the theme 2 years ago. This is the only way I can contact someone. Please help.

    Hey Shirley,
    I see you are using Enfold Theme Options v3.8 with the latest WordPress, WordPress has made a lot of core changes, such as updating the PHP version it uses.
    Typically updating Enfold to the latest version will solve. Or if your webhost is using PHP v5.4 you can try to ask them to update your PHP to v5.6
