    Hi, I’m contacting you about Enfold theme.
    I transferred my domain to a new service provider and my site backup failed, so I’m creating it again.
    I purchased the theme with a regular license in 2020-06-02 16:22:38 UTC, and now I’m installing it again on the same domain. But this error appears when I write the purchase code: This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.
    How can you help me?

    Hey Irene,

    I think you will have to remove the current token from your Themeforest account, then create a new one: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
