Hi, I am writing to ask about your Enfold theme. I have been asked to help develop a site for a friend who will be selling a product. I am accustomed to using Paypal but I see that Enfold has a built-in shop. In the past, I have felt challenged by the woocommerce shop plug-in and reverted to using paypal buttons for my own personal website. How difficult will it be to set up and maintain the online shop function and what is the level of security? Again, paypal makes all of that so simple without having to establish an https:// Thank you in advance for your help.

So you do not provide support for the shop function of the Enfold theme? If I have a question or concern about anything else regarding the Enfold theme, do you tell me to hire a freelancer to solve it or only in this instance if I want to build the shop function? Your response to this one question makes me wonder how much I can rely on the support offered for other technical questions I might have. I ask because I spent hours looking at themes yesterday and I like the Enfold design out of all of them. I do need to know with some clarity whether or not I can rely on your support team if I have a technical question. Is it just the shop that you do not provide support for then?

I think John misunderstood your question, sorry about that. The answer to your question is yes, we do provide support for WooCommerce in combination with our themes. If you should buy the theme then we will help you out with any questions or problems you might have in the support forum.
