    Hello,

    I bought your Enfold theme 1 month ago. The cost is high for this bad quality so far….

    I could not understand why your theme does NOT work with Optimizepress.

    I asked them to help (Optimizepress). They did several tests and the result is that the problem does not come from them but from YOUR version of Enfold (since last update).

    I wrote to you… and was very dispointed not receiving any answer from your services…???

    Now i write again and I would really appreciate receiving an answer!

    So please, i would like you to fix the bug between your theme and optimisepress.
    I am not alone having those troubles…a lot of other people are experiencing the bug….

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I searched your email on our database however there is no user registered with your email. Can you please post a link to your thread where you have not received an answer? Every thread on our forum receives a reply, if yours did not, that is definitely unusual and we would like to inspect it.

    If you have not registered to our forums yet, please do so here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and we will gladly look into it. However please note that even if we do not mind taking a quick look, we do not provide full support for 3rd party plugins.

    Last but not least, if you really think theme’s quality is bad for you, you can always contact and request refund from Envato team. We are very proud of our themes and with their quality.

    In fact, you’re irritating me !
    I’ ve paid and it’s doesn’t work with OptimizePress while you said that it should work… So know i want you to solve the bug or give me back my money, can you understand this ??, And i want you to write me only on my email adress !
