    Hi, I have a quick question. The company website was dumped on me and I am having an issue with editing the pages. Everything works well except when I go to edit a page, I get a spinning icon. We are running Enfold 2.8.1 and using wordpress 4.7.4. I don’t have the username and password to see if an update will fix the issue. Any idea if 2.8.1 is compatible with wordpress 4.7.4?

    Hey Mark Ziegler,

    Do you have access to the ThemeForest account? That is a very outdated version. We are currently on Enfold version 4.0.5, so an update should fix your issue.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    The website you are currently working on is running a very old version of the theme. The latest version of the theme is 4.0.5 and updating the theme to the latest version would fix the issue you are having.

    You will however need an access to ThemeForest account that was used to purchase the theme to download the latest version of the theme – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Thank you both for your responses. Sorry for the delay, but I just wanted to say that I did purchase and update the theme and it fixed all of the issues. Thank you again for you assistance.
