Enfold Team Member customization in a Managed WP environment

I’m not seeing how or where to change the font size of the team member description. The managed WP option doesn’t give me as much freedom since I don’t have a full c-panel. This is through HostGator if that matters.

Also, is there a way to code a URL that will open a new email for the team member under the social service and icon links. I tried mailto: and it didn’t work. If that worked then I wouldn’t need to tweak the team member description front size because the full email address wouldn’t have to show.
