Hello,
I’m using the Enfold table shortcode in a tab created by third party plugins (the same problem is present with the two plugins “wootabs” or “WooCommerce Tab Manager”) to create a FAQ table on each product page. However I noticed that the table stopped displaying on my production website (wordpress 5.1 & Enfold 4.5.4) while it displays on my staging website with wordpress 5.0.2 & Enfold 4.5.2.
Can you help me to fix this?
Thanks in advance
Reymond
Hi Reymond,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem in question please?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
We recently discovered an issue with some shortcodes that seem similar to your issue. The dev team has created a release to address this and I believe that it may help you also. Please see the link in the Private Content area.
Please follow these steps, extract the zip and upload via FTP to your theme folder as “enfold-new”, then change your current theme folder to “enfold-old”, then change this one to “enfold” and refresh your site and check for the error.
If your site crashes, change the new one back to “enfold-new” and your old one back to “enfold”
If all goes well and it solves the error, and you are happy, then delete “enfold-old” via FTP – Not through the WordPress theme settings.
Best regards,
Mike
Dear Mike,
Thank you very much for the fix, that worked and the table shortcode displays normally again!
I appreciate you great support team!
Cheers
Hi,
Glad to hear, please be sure to delete the “enfold-old” directory via FTP so it’s not confusing the next time you update.
I assume we can close this now, but I like to ask. Shall we close this then?
Best regards,
Mike
Hi,
Glad we were able to help, we will close this now. Thank you for using Enfold.
For your information, you can take a look at Enfold documentation here
For any other questions or issues, feel free to start new threads under Enfold sub forum and we will gladly try to help you :)
Best regards,
Mike
