Tri Truong
GuestI’m the director of Marketing for the Turtle Creek Chorale, and our website is running Enfold. I’m also managing our website. I have our purchase code, but it’s not letting me register for the support forum since it’s already been used. I can’t backtrack to find out who has it.
Is there a way to reset that, or if it’s easier if I just repurchase Enfold, what’s the best way to update our current Enfold to a newly purchased one without messing up the current website and pages.
Thanks!

Could you post your purchase code in private so that we can try to check it for you please?

Thanks for that, it’s registered to the username in private. Does that tell you anything?

GuestAh! That’s our artistic director. I’ll get with him. If he’s wanting to change the registration to me, how would he go about doing that?
January 8, 2019 at 7:41 am #1051255Hi,
Great, if you want to change the details for that account then just ask him to get in touch with us here using the email he registered the account with and we’ll change the details for you.

GuestHe checked yesterday, and the reset password didn’t go to any of his email. He thinks the email he used is his old work email with MatchBox Studios. If that’s the case, he doesn’t work there anymore and doesn’t have access to that email.
Would it just be easier to repurchase the theme and install it into our website? If so, how would I go about doing that without it screwing with our website?
Thanks!
January 9, 2019 at 2:36 pm #1051835Hi,
Thank you for writing to us.
In that case yes, you can register on our support forum with the new purchase code and update the license info using your new username and Envato Token.
This way there will be no risk of messing with the installation :)
Best regards,
