    Hello!

    I and my client have four (4) questions:

    1. How do we reach out for the Support that we paid for? I cannot find any email or anywhere to create a support ticket.

    2. Also, although my purchase code worked in registering us with your website, it is not working on the WordPress dashboard as the Private Token. What am I supposed to enter for the Private Token in the Enfold section of the WordPress dashboard?

    3. How do we access updates (and download the updates)?

    4. Do we need to pay for the theme annually in order to be able to access the latest updates? OR, is the theme cost a one-time cost that only needs to be renewed if we’d like support?

    1. This is your support ticket, you are in the right place.

    2. Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    3. You can download the theme files from your Themeforest account.

    4. The theme license is valid for life, you only need to pay for extended support, if you should need it.
