    Hello! I work at a Portuguese software company – Quidgest – and I’m part of the Marketing team that manages our site http://www.quidgest.com
    We use Enfold template that was bought a long time ago. Meanwhile, the people changed and we cannot find who bought the template, meaning we don´t have a recognizable email address in order to log in to your support forum. All our options failed.
    We need to contact the support team because of a situation we are not being able to solve and don’t how we can do it.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license, since you will have problems every time you want to update otherwise.

    Once you have access to the theme files, then please refer to this on how to register your copy: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
