Hi,
We love this theme and have been running with no issues, until today. For some reason our Special Headings are all now displaying as code on the website, like shown below:
<’h1′ class=’av-special-heading-tag’ itemprop=”headline” style=’padding-bottom:’10′px;font-size:”px;’>’Adult
This seems to be happening only with text that is using the Special Heading element. Could you please take a look at this as soon as possible and let us know how this can be resolved?
Thank you for your attention to this issue and your help in resolving it. We appreciate it.
Kind Regards,
Alex

Problem seems to be the span tags in the heading element, i removed it and it’s fixed now.

Thank you for addressing our concern. This issue is occurring with every page on the website, where the Special Element is used. This element was capable of housing span tags, but suddenly does not work. This is a new issue that was not present before.
We tried to utilize this wonderful theme to its full and are very happy with how this website turned out. But this issue is an eye soar to both, website and the theme.
Please look at this issue closely, as it is present on every page where the Special Heading tag, a primary theme element, is used. We hope you could help us find a solution that will retain the styles enclosed within the span tags of each Special Heading element and return our website to its proper form.
Thank you for taking the time to look into this issue. Your help is appreciated :)
Kind Regards,
Alex
December 1, 2014 at 7:11 am #360628Hey!
I’m sorry but you’re using an old version of the theme, 2.9.1. Please upgrade WordPress to 4.0.1 then download the latest Enfold version, 3.0.4, from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
