    I followed along with the video to update the site files via FTP. The Enfold version is 3.0.4 (most current) and WP is version 4.0.1

    The site owner is becoming very impatient, and I could really use some help with fixing these issues. I am willing to set up FTP and WP login information. Thank you

    I even cleared my cache, still nothing. it’s been a couple of hours and there are 2 pages of support topics since I have opened this thread. Others have at least gotten a response. I have not gotten that. Please respond and assist me with resolving this issue. Very time sensitive!

    Hi!

    Thank you for using Enfold and sorry for the delay.

    Did you override the whole theme files? Can you please provide a link to the actual page with the issues? A lot of inquiries have been reported regarding WP 4.0.1 and they are fixed immediately with the Enfold 3.0.4. If you have a cache and minify plugins, please disable them temporarily.

    I did update all of the theme files following the video provided, as I already stated in my original post.

    The pages with issues:
    http://bluewatercrossfit.com (full width easy slider not working)
    http://bluewatercrossfit.com/contact (google map and contact form not working)
    Every page besides the homepage (you can use the main navigation) the sidebar is supposed to be on the right, instead the main content is full-width and the sidebar is pushed underneath.
    I gave you FTP info in my original post. Please let me know if there is anything else you need or if there is anything you recognize I can fix.

    Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/
