    Hi Christian,

    is there a way to enclose a contact form into the slider?
    When I put in standard HTML, (form-action etc.) I can see the form within the preview but I do not find it on the web…

    Suggestions on how to easily integrate a contact form?

    Can you post the link to your website? Just to make sure, are you adding your code in Div / Video layer? It does work fine on my installation

    Hey!

    I don’t see any layer slider on the website. Can you please post the link to the actual page with the layer slider? Like what Yigit said, create a layer then add the contact form code HTML/Video/Audio panel. You can even use the contact form shortcode.

    You’re using a very old version of the theme. Looks like there are unclosed shortcodes, please check that. Please download the latest version on your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Watch this video by Devin: http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
