i need to insert on my site: http://innovaextrusion.com/ a skill bar with circle bar like this
http://www.sktthemes.net/demo/exceptiona/shortcodes/skt-skill-bar/i have seen that template don’t have this plug in.
I have installed many plug in ( like this http://innovaextrusion.com/) but after have installed and insert in page the shortcode, the bar chart don’t visualize on the page
can you help me indicate me a pug in like this compatible with the teme?

EASY PIE CHART is not a wordpress plugin it’s a jQuery plugin and it is designed to work on static html pages however to integrate it into wordpress requires a lot of custom work you can get started with the instructions provided by the plugin author in the documentation of the plugin.
Please contact the plugin authors for Easy pie chart and 4manconsulting.it/it/ as they know their plugin best.
