    Enfold menu no longer showing. When you click on Enfold, typically you get a whole menu of things you can change. Since the latest update, the Theme Options settings tab is working, but the rest of the menu isn’t there to make updates on any of the other Enfold settings … including, and most importantly, the updates page of the menu

    I uploaded a new zip file with the latest Enfold version thinking / hoping that would help.

    It did fix a few problems, but the Enfold menu is still missing, I can’t make sure there is a valid token for updates or adjust any other Enfold settings.

    Hey Takara22,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    I have checked the Theme Options and it seems to work properly.
    Your browser might still be using cached js files which causes the issue.
    Please clear the browser cache or if in Chrome browser use incognito mode.

    I’m having a very similar problem. The Enfold theme options menu is missing (all the links to things like “General Layout”,”General Styling”, “Advanced Styling”, “Main Menu”, etc.). This is the Enfold menu that is in between the far left WP menu and the Enfold Theme Options. I noticed it went missing a few weeks ago and haven’t found a resolution yet. I tried reinstalling the newest version of Enfold–no luck. I tried deactivating all plugins to see if there was a conflict-that didn’t help. I tried clearing the cache-no luck. I tried it on three different browsers (Chrome, Brave, and IE) and it is broken on them all. Thank you for helping me resolve the issue.

    I am having the same problem. The theme settings menu has just disappeared – I am trying to update the cookie pop up and some background colour changes- I can’t access the theme settings at all. The theme settings appear in the top menu as a drop down but when I click on one of the options,, it takes me to the general setting page again with no menu.

    I have gone into multiple browsers, emptied my cache, used incognito- everything as suggested but it doesn’t appear.

    @jrs76     Can you give us a link to your site? you can post it in private content if you don’t want it to be seen in public.


    @ironsledge     I have checked your site and you’re still using Enfold 4.5.7 and WordPress 5.5.1, the recent major update from WordPress removed jQuery Migrate file which is used in Enfold 4.7.6.1 and below. To temporarily fix this install and activate Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin, then backup your site and update Enfold to the latest version (4.7.6.3) which should permanently fix it, once done you can remove the plugin.

    Have also tried disabling all plugins.
    Still no fix.

    @Nikko I installed the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin and that resolved the issue. Now I’m getting warnings from jQuery Migrate Helper, such as several instances of “jQuery.fn.live() is deprecated.” The plugin description says, “This plugin serves as a temporary solution, enabling the migration script for your site to give your plugin and theme authors some more time to update, and test, their code.” Do you have a timeline for when the Enfold code will be updated? Thanks.
