Hi,
I’m trying to build up a new shop but since the installation of Woocommerce I can’t save any changes done the the Enfold settings page.
I simply receive the error message “Saving didnt work! Please reload the page and try again”. I have re-installed the whole application again from scratch > same situation.
I’m using the latest WordPress version and using Woocommerce 3.4.4.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for that, I get the same error on my end. The server is throwing a 500 Internal Server Error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file, could you try contacting your hosting provider to see if they know why the server is responding with that error message please?

It seemed the VPS which I was using was running on PHP5.3. I simply installed the application + theme on my other VPS with 7.2 and runs perfect.
