    Hi,

    I’ve been doing all possible fixes on a problem on our installation. When I edit theme options and click save, it gives me the error “Saving didnt work!
    Please reload the page and try again”

    Also, the AVIA page builder doesn’t load on pages. Website is currently on 7.3. Installed the latest version of Enfold. Increase the PHP memory limit in wp config and turned off all plugins.

    Hey bryandep,

    Thanks for the login details. I’m seeing a 403 error (forbidden) on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file, could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can tell you why the server is responding in that way please?
