Using the responsive table on Enfold theme, when in responsive mode to mobile view, the header to 2nd column shows in the fields for the 1st column items, and the header text for 3rd column shows in the fields for 2nd column items, and there is no header text showing in the 3rd column items, thus losing the header title for the 2st column altogether when in mobile view. Please advise a fix. Theme is updated version run on updated WordPress.

Thank you for using Enfold.
Please edit the table then set the Table Purpose to tabular then and the Responsive Styling to scrollable.
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 25, 2014 at 12:02 am #308504I’m having the exact same problem! Setting Responsive Styling to scrollable is not a solution – it makes the table NOT responsive!
I found that this table BUG has been first reported almost a year ago: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/table-bug-enfold/
Are there any plans on fixing it? It makes the Enfold tables unusable! These days having responsive design is an absolute must!
August 25, 2014 at 2:39 am #308529Hi!
Tables and responsiveness is a tricky matter, i personally think scrollable tables is an acceptable workaround. If you don’t like it you could check a third-party plugin like TablePress.

JosueApril 17, 2015 at 9:04 pm #430618Same issue here. I know responsive tables can be tricky — I’ve had to hand code plenty of them myself in the past. Like the other poster, I don’t think telling us that we should use another plugin is an acceptable answer. There are any number of issues with using other plugins, not the least of which is having to tell clients that they shouldn’t use the built-in table tool. TablePress, btw, is not fully responsive either (tryit on a phone).
I really like Enfold and use it on a lot of projects now and I do understand that something like this might take some time to implement, but if you have no intention of doing so then you should at the least make it clear that your tables are not fully reponsive — including right in the table builder itself. The scrolling option is completely useless on a phone by the way — make a five or six column table with a dozen rows and try it yourself, you’ll see what I mean.
