Working on my clients website using enfold.
anitasguacamole.comThe site shows up fine on my computer, but not for others.
The home page shows up fine, but when going to other pages, such as the about page, enfold is replaced by twentyfifteen, such as
and all the enfold short code that is generated from the enfold page editor is shown.- This topic was modified 6 years, 3 months ago by esemmel.

Thanks for the login details, though I can’t reproduce the problem on my end. Are you sure it’s not due to local caching on the machines where it’s not working?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 18, 2018 at 1:26 pm #998707Here is a screenshot of an example of how some pages are showing
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zspD30VcTUxeTQ23ZPsiLu9XmL-fpzEX/view?usp=sharingI have seen that if I simply change the url, the page corrects itself and shows properly. I’m not completely sure why that is, but this seems to solve the problem.
This website used to be on an older hosting package with hostgator, but a complication happened and a new hosting package had to be started, so I had to move the website to this new hosting package by uploading all the wordpress files and the database from a downloaded version of the website from the old server.
Hostgator couldn’t solve the problem and told me to contect the theme author, which is why I posted this is the first place.

Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 18, 2018 at 10:11 pm #998802Yes, I have cleared the cache, didn’t help. I changed that page that you mention so it looks fine now. At the time of this writing – this page has not been changed and shows in the way I am talking about – http://anitasguacamole.com/locations/
August 19, 2018 at 4:42 am #998841Hi,
Thanks for the screenshot and feedback. You must be getting cached results in some way since I’m getting different results on my end. Please see private for what I’m seeing on my end.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 19, 2018 at 11:56 am #998881I don’t think thats the issue. My client sees it like the following photo shows
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1V2Y7E1AZwe_PXTQabawkk5GWONeEtBDr/view?usp=sharingI also see it that way when I look at it in a new browser window (an incognito window).
Have you tried looking at that page when you are not logged into the admin panel?
I have seen that if I log in to the wordpress admin, that page looks fine if I look at it while logged in, but then I log back out and it looks bad again.
August 19, 2018 at 12:01 pm #998885Hi,
If you are comfortable please go ahead and delete the default WordPress themes or please provide us a temporary FTP access (via private data field) and permission to delete the default WordPress theme?
Best regards,
