My hosting company inform me that occasionally during the day there is a script in my site that uses all the server’s cpu and memory resources. Can i send you the logs and check them please?
January 28, 2014 at 5:44 pm #215910Hey saquasar!
If you can post what it is specifically we can see what we can do. By itself Enfold shouldn’t be using more than any other premium theme but I know when WooCommerce and bbPress get added in it can start to use a bit more.
Unless the host has a very low threshold for what is allowed it shouldn’t be causing any issues.
Cheers!

February 12, 2014 at 9:26 am #222613Hi!
You can use pastebin: http://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ to post the protocols. If you want to avoid that other users can read it please use the ” Set as private reply” checkbox.

I can’t view it “Error, this is a private paste. If this is your private paste, please login to Pastebin first.”.

I can’t find any error or access entry which explains the resource peaks. Maybe they can provide a log which shows us which script (php file) causes the highest cpu/memory peaks.

PeterApril 10, 2014 at 3:42 pm #249810Hi, regarding this issue, I’m also having the same problem. High resource consumption coming from admin-ajax.php. Any clue on this?

@saquasar: We’re still not sure of the issue but checking your website, you’re using an old version of the theme. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
@TheBiZWeavers: Do you mind giving us a link to your website? If I am not mistaken admin-ajax.php is not a part of the theme and might have something to do with a third party plugin.Best regards,

I can definitely see how you would be having issues. The theme, when combined with s2Member, WPML and WooCommerce will need more than the typical server set up to run as stable.
WooCommerce is also showing that it only has 40mb of memory to work with though I don’t know if that is an error or not. You can view the WooCommerce stats from WooCommerce>Stystem Status.
So in your case, you will probably need to upgrade your hosting environment if you want to work with all of the current plugins at once.
Best regards,
