How do I open a support ticket for the Enfold theme? I’ve visited the forum but haven’t found it to be helpful for what I’m experiencing.

You are currently using Enfold 4.0.2 which is pretty old and not compatible with your PHP and WordPress versions. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.6.4 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and that would fix the issue.
After updating the theme, you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ and insert Personal Token into Enfold theme options to receive future updates in WordPress dashboard so could easily keep the theme up-to-date :)You can register to our support forum using your purchase code – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and after logging in, you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-post
