    I have checked your email however it is not registered in our database.

    We only provide support for our themes. You can login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads page to download the latest version.

    If you have any other questions or issues, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ using your purchase code and start a new thread under Enfold sub forum :)
