Enfold problem

Hi,
We have a customer which has a website build with Enfold theme from another supplier. They moved over to us, and now we are helping them to operates the websites with security updates and theme updates. But because the former supplier was the builder of the website, with the Enfold theme from you, we dont have any key to register in your support forum.

And now we have a question about a bug with the hamburger menu in your theme, and think we maybe have found the solution. And want to tell you about it, so you can implementing it in the next theme update.

So do you have a email address where we can describe the problem further?
