I could not find this issue in your forum, maybe it is very unique to me… let me explain
I have 16 items in the portfolio, with 5 in under one category called Commercial & 11 under Residential. I added another Category called “Apartments”. From the above 16, 3 items were put under “Apartments”
Now i created a new page and added Masonry Portfolio with Sorting…I selected only 2 categories Commercial & Residential. The strange part is as I have not selected Apartment, the sorting option shows an empty link in its place, so the sort options looks like this below:
All | | Commercial | Residential.
Then i added more categories the empty division became huge:
All | | | | | Commercial | Residential…Please let me know what i am doing wrong

When replying insdie your tickets, you send the tickets to the end of the line and that is not efficiency, when we try to catch up with the support que.
So, that is why we could not reply to you.I have loged to your web site and I can see that the post exists to all the categories, that is why it is been loaded there.

BasilisFebruary 28, 2017 at 1:07 pm #752904No the issue is like this. I deleted the other categories as the client wanted the website live.
In the categories you can add more categories and add a few items to that category. Now in the page i selected Masonry Portfolio option and I selected only 3 of them it still show the | | | Residential. It shows all ones which i have skipped
