Dear sir/madam,
In 2014 a Dutch service provider (2keer2) helped me with the devlopment of my website http://www.greenconcepts.nl. He took care of the technicalities. For that he used the Enfold theme, that you have developed. My job was designing the pages and layout using the theme template. NB The provider 2keer2 had purchased a license to apply to multiple clients.
The process and collaboration were just wonderful. And I really liked the website.
However this year I received an update from my site provider that it was attacked by a virus and needed to be cleaned. The site has been returned to it’s orginal state however they have removed the Enfold theme since it had been infected.My question to you: would you please consider helping me to donload the theme again, given the fact that it had already been paid for? Or would you like to suggest me an alternative solution?

We don’t handle any sales related matters, Themeforest has responsibility for that part of the business. You could try reaching out to their support, but it’s likely that they will tell you that you would need to use your existing licence, or purchase a new one. If you can’t access the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the license you are using, then you will have the same problem each time you need or want to update the theme. For that reason, I think it would be better if you simply purchased your own license.
