    page builder is not working, upgraded wordpress to latest version and stop working.

    They show up fine on my end, attached a screenshot in private content field.

    hi, they show up fine yes, but click on the first text box and try to edit? it just shows blank white box not the actual text.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Install Enfold over FTP

    Hi Andy,

    For some reason the same issue is back on http://www.longstaffscarpets.co.uk the page builder doesn’t show the text you add in the text fields and unable to add links etc?

    any suggestions?

    I disabled all plugins but still not working. see here img

    I have latest wordpress, theme and all up to date plugins.

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    I have tried that and it still didn’t work.You can deactivate plugins to test too.

    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
