    I can not edit any pages (Blog Posts), or add new Blog Post and use the page editor. The cursor is not going in the text area, either on the code or the view part. And I can not write or add or edit thing on the pages.
    I deactivated all the plug ins and tried that way and it still was not working. ?
    I have downloaded the latest Enfold theme, deleted the Enfold theme via FTP and reinstalled the theme. Still doesnt work.
    My WordPress is the lastest version as well.
    Can you please help ?

    Hey kagitvs,

    You are getting several errors on the page, are you sure that you deactivated all plugins and it still wasn’t working after that?

    Yes I am sure, I did it again, now all the plugins are disabled, and I still have the same problem. It occurs on the Avia Page Bulider , the curser disappears and I can not edit the text.

    Also can you please show me where do you see the errors on the page ?

    Merhaba Yiğit,

    I checked the folder, the FTP information above leads you directtly in the folder where my site is.
    Did you use the ftp information above to connect ? Cause I tried with the user name above and I see all the folders and files ?

    Is this happening on a specific post or page? I created a post and the editor is working.

    It is also working on existing pages.

    It is happening on all pages and posts. When you create a page or a post, activate the Avia Page Builder ( or even with the standart page builder) the section where you write any thing, it does not let you write.
    If you activate the Avia Builder, put a Text Box and try to write in the text box. It wont let you do it.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Install Enfold over FTP

    Keep all plugins deactivated while testing. Make sure no caching is activated (on your end or on you server’s end).

    I uninstalled the theme and reinstall it via FTP. Still the same. I also notice that the widgets page is also a bit corrupted ? ; when you select a widget , dropdown menu opens with all blank lines. I can only drag and drop to get it work. I can not see whats written on the dropdown menu ? I guess what causes the page builder go wrong, also making problem on the widgets page . But I dont know what it is ?

    Hi, adding to the thread, I’ve updated to the latest theme version of Enfold via FTP and running 4.7.1 and page building will not load. No plugins are active. Is there a solution?

    Here are my access details. Can you please take a look. I have updated everything including theme version 3.8.4, cleared cache many times and the Avia Page Builder still will not work.

    My browser inspector also says:

    load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.7.1:4 POST http://www.evisar.uk/client/ariane/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 403 (Forbidden)

    Is this something to do with it?

    Hi,

    We deactivated some of the plugins and the editor started to work again. I think it’s the Meta Box plugin that is causing the issue. Please activate the plugins one at a time, just to make sure.
