Please use the latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) since it contains patches for WordPress 5.5.
Please download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and I would suggest following Rikard’s instruction in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-10/ on how to update your theme.Best regards,

Thanks for your reply. I have already updated the theme using the suggested plugin. But options still not showing…
Have you had a look on the site? Do you have any more ideas what to try? I don’t really want to set it all up again, if I don’t have to and without knowing if it’ll be of any help…
(I found out about the problem, when I tried to change the logo and colors of the website. Is there any other way to do so, if options stay blank?)Edit: I have just tried to replicate it on another installation. There I first updated enfold – all worked fine –, then I updated wordpress to 5.5 – options blank.

Found a workaround: Downgrading wordpress to 5.4.2 via “WP Downgrade”-Plugin. In that version everything is still working fine.
After fixing my issues, I updated to 5.5 again.
Of course it would still be great, if the options appeared there as well very soon…
But I’m glad I can keep on working… :)

Can you create a staging site? basically a clone or duplicate of your live site just placed in your subdomain for testing purposes.
Then update the staging site to WordPress 5.5 and give us access to check it (the common issues now are users upgrade to WordPress 5.5 and Enfold is an older version which causes the disappearing menu in the theme options).Best regards,
