    RESOLVED’ish for me
    This is what I did:
    Made sure I had the current version of theme installed.
    Disabled all plugins

    Result: Still had the issue.

    Next I logged in to the website with Firefox and the Theme Options worked fine, no issues.

    I am still unable to see the Theme Options with Chrome (browser I normally use) but hopefully the next update will resolve the issue on Chrome.

    @Michael0424 I used the plugin they recommended (https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/) and fixed on Chrome. Maybe give that one a try if you haven’t already?

    Hi Micheal0424,

    If it works on firefox and not on chrome, most likely its a caching issue.
    Please try to clear your chrome browser’s cache or press ctrl + f5 to force fetching of newer js files.

    Sorry for my English ;-)
    Suddenly, the menu of my Enfold theme no longer appears. I installed “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” and “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File” but unfortunately nothing works, what can I do? My site is at: https://pixels-photography.fr

    Hi Pooki,

    Try to clear your browser cache or ctrl + F5 and check again.
    Since Incognito mode in Chrome does not have any issues, then most likely it’s caching that’s the issue.
