    Hi,
    I apologize to contact you this way, but I can’t get any support from Envato. If you know how I can contact them other than on the forum (where I can’t be helped, they send me to the help link, where there is no answer on my question)

    I have Enfold locally running on XAMPP for testing purposes and need an Envato token (API key) to be able to update. But I don’t know how to get it working. Can I use the same token I have running on my online website?

    Further more… I have cliënts and test there Enfold also on XAMPP … They also have them selves a legit token running on there online website. How do I get it updating on XAMPP also? So I can test changes?

    I would be very grateful if you would give me a clou.

    Hey Reina,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. The token you are using on the live site should work on the local ones too. If you need help with generating the tokens then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If the automatic updates don’t work on your local installation, then you can simply download the theme files from Themeforest and extract them on your local machine, then copy the theme into the theme folder of your local WordPress installation.

    Thank you so much. I was able to update with the same key.
    An other problem occurred though.

    On the test-site in XAMPP I have also running the Envato Market plugin.
    On the online site I just added the key in the Theme Options page > Theme Update

    In the test-site all the options on the Theme Options page are gone. [IMG]https://www.mupload.nl/img/n6dff9f979h.jpg[/IMG]
    In the online site, they are still there. [IMG]https://www.mupload.nl/img/etfxtfig83u.jpg[/IMG]

    If I disable all the plugins (including the Envato Market plugin) on the test site… there are still no Theme Options.
    The only difference with the online site is the Envato Market plugin installed (no mather if it is active or not)…

    I copied a backup of the Enfold map and over rid the enfold theme map on the test-site, no difference.

    I’ll quess the Envato Market plugin is the bug. Can I contact Envato on this somewhere?

    Hi,

    Are you sure that you running the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.3) on the site where the options are missing? If you need to contact Envato then you can do so here: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us
