I purchased three licenses for Enfold. How or where can I see in WordPress which of the three I am using?

You have registered on the forum already, since you can post here. It doesn’t really matter which license you are using on which site, since the code is the same anyway. What I would recommend you to do is to register each instance of the theme you have though: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. That will enable to you keep track of them a bit better.
